I have experience in providing a meaningful, genuine, and exploratory ear to those faced with depression, anxiety, deep grief & loss, trauma/PTSD, traumatic loss (accident, homicide, suicide), dementia, cancer related diagnosis, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ discrimination. We will work together as fellow travelers to process through the support you need. I would like to create a safe and person-centered space to reflect and develop understanding of yourself and your goals. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative as we develop a treatment plan that is best for you, where you are today.
